Enugu, Nigeria ·

I was born in Awka, Nigeria. I grew up in Obudu and now live in Enugu.

I'm an operator, entrepreneur, and lifelong student interested in building organizations, systems, and ideas that create lasting value.

I'm the founder of The Garage, a talent enablement company that has supported more than 7,000 students with the infrastructure, community, and opportunities they need to do meaningful work.

I currently work at iorad, where I support content, marketing, and revenue operations. Over time, my work has expanded beyond marketing into operations, where I enjoy designing the systems, processes, and teams that help ambitious organizations execute effectively.

The question that underpins much of my work is: How can we advance thought in a way that creates lasting value for society?

I don't think ideas matter simply because they're new. They matter when they help us better understand the world, solve meaningful problems, or create opportunities for others. More about me →

I write one email each month. It's about something I've been thinking about, building, or learning. Sometimes it's a story from my life. My hope is that each one leaves you with an idea worth keeping. If it ever stops being useful, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Previously, I've led marketing efforts at Unnhousing, Blockmec Technologies, and then Horus Labs. Over time, my work has expanded beyond marketing into operations, where I enjoy designing the systems, processes, and teams that help ambitious organizations execute effectively.

I also work with the South East Venture Capital Program, where I help design and deliver initiatives that identify, support, and accelerate promising ventures across the region.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and I'm currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management at Godfrey Okoye University. Alongside my work, I've developed expertise in financial modelling, financial analysis, and business valuation — disciplines that strengthen my approach to strategy, investment, and decision-making.

I've been a competitive debater for more than a decade, winning numerous honours as both a debater and adjudicator. Debate taught me to think critically, communicate clearly, and approach ideas with curiosity rather than certainty.

The question that underpins much of my work is: How can we advance thought in a way that creates lasting value for society?

I don't think ideas matter simply because they're new. They matter when they help us better understand the world, solve meaningful problems, or create opportunities for others. My work is about turning those ideas into practical impact through disciplined execution.

This website brings together the projects I've worked on, the ideas I'm exploring, and the lessons I've learned along the way. I hope it offers a useful window into both my work and how I approach it.

Projects
The organizations and programs I've helped build.

A few of the efforts I've given real time to. The through-line is the same across all of them: designing the systems, programs, and teams that let ambitious work scale without losing what makes it matter.
